Décor and celebrations need 48 hours' notice+
Balloons, flowers and cake are arranged in-house with 48 hours' notice. Outside decorators are permitted until 9pm.
Shared kitchen, separate vessels+
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are cooked in the same kitchen, in separate vessels kept for the purpose.
Music on the lawn until midnight+
Amplified music and a DJ are permitted on the lawn until midnight. The nearest neighbour is 400 metres away, which is why this house can do it and most cannot.
